By accessing the b200 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. You must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. These Terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the b200 operating authority. Registering, logging in, or making any financial transaction on the platform will be considered acceptance of these Terms.
This document is governed by the applicable laws and investment regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. b200 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. To create an account on b200, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. The name, national ID number, and phone number provided at registration must be genuine and valid. b200 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time, and failure to provide them may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and OTP code completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited, and you are solely responsible for any loss resulting from doing so. If you notice any suspicious activity or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact b200 support immediately. For security purposes, b200 may terminate your session or require a password reset at any time.
When using the b200 platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and treat other users with respect. Fraudulent activity, system manipulation, bonus abuse, and the use of any software or bots to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack another user's account, provide false information, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a serious violation. b200 reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.
Using the platform for money laundering or depositing illegal funds is strictly prohibited, and b200 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is also strictly forbidden. Any user found in violation of these prohibitions may have all funds in their account forfeited and face a permanent ban. Users may not share or redistribute platform content to third parties without authorization.
All financial transactions on the b200 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We support mobile banking and bank transfer methods widely used in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform's payments page, and b200 reserves the right to change these at any time. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days; however, processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, b200 reserves the right to suspend or cancel it and may report the matter to the relevant authorities for investigation. Where funds have been credited in error due to a technical fault, b200 is obligated to recover them, and users must notify the support team promptly. b200 will not be held liable for financial losses resulting from fraud. Withdrawals of bonus and promotional funds are subject to applicable turnover requirements, which are detailed separately on the promotions page.
All content, logos, graphics, software, designs, and text on the b200 platform are protected under b200's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. Users may only view platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. b200 reserves the full right to pursue legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
The b200 platform may contain links to third-party services or content; however, b200 is not responsible for the content or reliability of those external sites. b200's liability is limited for any loss arising from temporary platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures. b200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless expressly required by applicable law. By accessing the platform, users knowingly accept the associated risks and are solely responsible for their own decisions.
B200 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account at any time and without providing a reason, particularly in cases involving a breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. b200 will generally attempt to notify the user via email or through the platform before closing an account, though immediate action may be taken in urgent situations. Valid balances in suspended accounts may be returned following a review, but any funds linked to a violation will be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time through support, after which the process of returning any valid balance will begin.
B200 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, and changes will take effect upon publication on the platform. For significant changes, b200 will endeavor to notify users through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform under the revised terms constitutes full acceptance of those changes. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the b200 platform will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and the competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
